The famous painting Camille Monet and a Child in the Artist’s Garden in Argenteuil was created by impressionist painter Claude Monet in 1875. Monet’s first wife Camille is depicted enjoying the beauty of the garden with a sweet child, who is unknown. This was done while they lived in Argenteuil near Paris, where many of his most popular landscapes were set.
